Our Story

Find Out If We're the Law Firm You Want to Work With

Our stories shape whom we become, and for Antonio, that story begins before he was born. Antonio's grandfather was a Mexican National and 1 of 7 siblings. He was the first of his generation to live in the United States. While immigration came with its own set of challenges, his mother's family were no strangers to oppression. Antonio's maternal descendants were American slaves from North Carolina and Southern Georgia.

These factors influenced Antonio's upbringing greatly as his family always advocated for the most vulnerable people. To provide a powerful voice for these communities, Antonio pursued proficiency in Critical Theory in order to understand and one day reorganize the systems that oppress minorities. As an adult, Antonio has embodied his family's desire to help marginalized communities through legal and philanthropic efforts.

Antonio actively participates in positions of public service for the city of El Paso. As a multiracial, bilingual, and openly gay man, Antonio heavily advocates for the LGBT community both in and out of El Paso. He has passionately welcomed many cases involving refugees seeking asylum due to their sexual orientation and he continues to participate in efforts to increase the rights of LGBT communities in the United States.
